● Sales Department is responsible for establishing VIP customers’ files, recording customers’ name, address, telephone number, ordered products and other information, by which the company conveniently communicates with customers. ● The Sales Department is responsible for supervising product information used by customer. This information is used to measure the performance of quality management systems. ● Consultation and suggestions are provided through talking, letters, telephone, fax or other means of communication. The Sales Department is responsible for recording, collecting and handling this information. ● The salesmen are responsible for collection market and customers’ information timely. ● The Sales Department is responsible for handling complaints from customers timely and efficiently and reporting to Technical Department or Quality Inspection Department for adjustment or reform.● At the end of each year, the Sales Department communicates with customers through telephone, fax or e-mail to check customer satisfaction. In addition, the Sales Department will investigate customer satisfaction on special aims at proper time. | |
